Autoresponders (ARs)

What they are and what they do.

An Autoresponder (AR) is the email version of fax-on-demand. You send a blank email to the AR's address, and the AR automatically sends back, to your email address, an email with whatever information (ad, report, newsletter, etc.) is stored in that particular AR.

This happens automatically - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week instantly. Instant Information! The above example is the simplest form of AR. You send a blank email to an AR, and you get back the information on that AR.
